GENIEVE CARDINEZ
Brooklyn born, California raised and spent some time in Texas. Like many I was drawn to fitness because of the benefits it provided, endorphins (natural highs), clarity, confidence and a high life condition. I graduated from California State University of Long Beach with a degree in Kinesiology, and a minor in Health Science. Shortly after graduating I ventured off to get certified in Yoga, here is where this gateway allowed me to explore other areas of fitness.
I've taught many formats in addition to Yoga, indoor cycling, rowing, reformer, mat pilates, trampoline, and H.I.T. I've taught in different avenues, such as boutique fitness, college gyms, luxury gyms, corporate facilities, and country clubs. All in all I've found that we as humans share more similarities than differences, especially the goal to find joy, and feel good in our bodies.
When you take my class, I want you to challenge your strengths , and invite humility to recognize your weaknesses. We are only as strong as our weaknesses, so let's minimize them! Fitness is medicine and I love being a part of that!
